Verdict
Typeform is the right choice when the form itself is the point – for surveys, quizzes or lead forms with especially high completion rates and lots of design freedom. sabiaOS is the better fit when forms are the start of a client relationship – because answers flow straight into the client file, document vault and financial plan, and your data stays in Germany.
What matters in this comparison
In fee-only advice, a form is rarely the goal. It is the beginning: the answers become the client file, the document list and the financial plan.
With a standalone form tool you have a lot of freedom in designing the form. Afterwards, though, the answers still need to reach your CRM, your document storage and your planning – through integrations or by hand.
With sabiaOS these steps are connected. A form can create a client file, fill in fields, put documents into the vault and invite the client to the portal.
Our recommendation: for surveys, quizzes or marketing forms, Typeform is very strong. For onboarding, fact-finds and ongoing data requests to clients, an integrated builder saves time and duplicate data entry.
