Verdict
Jotform is a great choice if you need many different forms, PDFs and signing flows – with a huge template library and a free entry point. sabiaOS is the better fit when forms are part of your advisory process – because answers, documents and tasks come together in the client file, financial plan and client portal, and your data stays in Germany.
What matters in this comparison
Jotform can do almost anything related to forms. That breadth is its biggest strength. In fee-only advice, though, what matters is what happens after someone clicks submit.
With Jotform you collect answers in Jotform Tables and pass them to your CRM, document storage or planning tool through integrations. That works, but it takes setup and upkeep.
With sabiaOS the form is connected to the client file. Fields fill in the file, uploads land in the document vault, and the AI can read documents such as pension statements or portfolio statements.
Our recommendation: for many different forms, PDFs and signatures outside client work, Jotform is very strong. For onboarding and data requests to clients, an integrated builder saves duplicate work.
